LJ Hooker The Entrance is a family run and owned business aiming to be the preferred choice in all Real Estate Matters in The Entrance and surrounding districts.

Ernie & Lyn Bennett  are the principals of LJ Hooker The Entrance and purchased the business in 2000.  Previous to that they had operated successful Real Estate offices in Western Sydney.  Ernie is a Licensed Real Estate & Strata Managing Agent with over 37 years experience in Real Estate.  Lyn is head of the Property Management Department and has worked in this field for over the past 25 years.

Scott & Kerrie Bennett are co-principals in the business.  Scott has worked in Real Estate, firstly 9 years in Property Management in Sydney and over the past 8 years in sales in the local area.  Scott is your Area Specialist for The Entrance North, Blue Bay and Toowoon Bay and heads our Sales Department.  Scott’s wife Kerrie is our Office Administrator and has previously had 14 years experience in Real Estate Administration and Property Management.

Alicia Thornton has returned to LJ Hooker as our Business Systems Operator.  Alicia has worked previously as a Personal Assistant and in administration.  Linda Bennett, Property Investment Manager, joined our office in 2007 and has 14 years experience in this field.  Bronwyn Hornby, Property Investment Manager, joined our office in December 2008 and has worked in Property Management for some 20 years and also has had some sales experience. Megan Herman, Property Investment Manager, joined our office in October 2009 and has worked in the industry for over 12 years.  Megan has previously owned her own Real Estate Office and is upto date on all areas of Real Estate.  Toni Wilson, Property Investment Manager, joined our office in March 2010 after having several years off to raise her children.  Toni has some 2 years experience in Property Management. Samantha Toia joined our office on a Traineeship as our Receptionist in June 2011 after completing her HSC the previous year.  Sam is looking forward to learning all aspects of Real Estate Industry.

Ed Fitzgerald, Area Sales Manager, joined our office early 2009 and is in his 14th year of selling real estate in the area, he is our area specialist for The Entrance.  Kevin MacDiarmid, Area Sales Manager, joined our team in March 2010 bringing with him 10 years of Real Estate Experience in both Sales and Property Management on the Central Coast.
